Julie first introduced Dermalogica to Huddersfield 7 years ago to her business, which was then situated within a busy town centre hair salon. Julie relocated to Station Street opening Urbanescape 3 years ago and offers a wide range of skin care and beauty treatments for the whole body including manicures, pedicures, body treatments, massages and waxing. Created for men and women the Urbanescape skin care centre welcomes clients into a relaxing and calm atmosphere with fully qualified and experienced staff.

Julie qualified from the White Rose school of Beauty 7 years ago. She specialises in restorative facials, responding to the growing understanding that by our mid 20’s we have mature skin that needs plenty of attention. As well as using and recommending Dermalogica Julie has introduced the Diamond Microdermabrasion and Oxygen Infusion skin treatment to the salon. This uses fine crystals to exfoliate the surface layers then organic grains to polish the skin leaving it smoother and glowing. Excellent for acne scarring, large open pores, pigmentation and fine lines.

These treatments can be done as a one off or for treating specific skin needs they can be purchased as a course.

Another of our anti ageing treatments is the Perfector non surgical face lift. This treatment works with microcurrent and is a six phase treatment that uses lymphatic drainage as well as tightening the muscles and firming the skin. A fabulous facial for a special occasion or a course of ten for optimum results.

Jessica is the nail care system used at Urbanescape. This includes a vast range of treatments to enhance the customers natural nail, including the Spa Pedicure treatments for the feet. For nail enhancements Julie uses Creative Acrylic Nails and Calgel Organic Gel System.

Once a month Collagenics visits the salon for treatments such as botox, restylane, lip enhancements, chemical peels and thread vein treatment.
